Happy Birthday Jonas!!! Even though it's probably not your birthday anymore in Australia. We miss you! Please don't die in a freak surfing accident.

The Adventures of Hollee

Okay, so Batman lives down the street from Hollee. For serious. I have a picture of the batmobile somewhere on my computer... I'll find it soon. At least I know she is in good hands. At the other end of the street lives a bulldozer. The other night, I spent the night with her. I saw both the batmobile AND the bulldozer for myself. In the morning, the bulldozer was nowhere to be found. Bum bum bum....

Oh but wait - it gets better. So, friends of Hollee's are selling their house in TN. In the house is a bedroom suit with a mattress. Hollee's mattress sucks, so they switched mattresses. Now Hollee has a nice, comfortable one. So, the friends carefully tied the old mattress onto their vehicle and proceeded to make their way to TN. They didn't get very far. About 15 minutes after they got on the interstate leaving Lexington, they looked in the rearview mirror only to see the mattress wildly flying at cars behind them. Trucks and cars were swerving every-which-a-way (yes that IS a word) trying not to hit the amazing flying mattress. They pull over to fetch the mattress before something bad happens. They get out of the car, and look, but the mattress has disappeared! Then, Ashley (the wife) yells, "There it goes!" Sure enough, it was hiding underneath an 18 wheeler trying to escape detection. Unfortunately, all of the springs began to get tangled in the axel (and whatever else is under there) until the truck could no longer move. It pulled over (it had no other choice) and with the help of another responsible citizen (with wire clippers) what was left of Hollee's mattress was freed. Below is a photo of the mangled mattress' soul leaving. I think it deserves a moment of silence.

And this... this is my hero. Enough said.
