Chicken! by Rachel AND Hannah

We are back at school...together, both of us. And we're both working with kids! The majority of our conversations this week have been about children. It's more than a little scary. Rachel is working with 3-5 year olds at daycamp this week, and Hannah will be working with 4-6 year olds alllll summer. We went to Alicia Tissue's "shack" for dinner tonight, and man, was it high class. Lil' smokies and macaroni and cheese! Woot! Alicia likes her barbeque sauce...And she killed her pet horsefly because it attacked Keishua and she peed on Alicia's bed (not really...).
Our new room is a lot better than we expected it to be, except for the smell which is...pee. Not so great. But we have an awesome view from our window, all mountains, and a very cool little balcony in the suite lobby. Our suite is on the back, so it would be really easy to sneak people in...if we were like that. But we're NOT. We promise. And we're not the ones who keep propping the suite door everytime we walk through...really...(that little lock just looks so inviting and it's so easy)
We've been hearing from the boys only when they need to do laundry or check their email...(not really, they're cooler than that sometimes). Booger apparantly called this evening while we were out having our fancy dining experience. We are greatly saddened to have missed him, and he might be wearing dirty clothes tomorrow (again, not really).
Hilary called last night from the big city of Knoxville and we all got to talk for a long time! Hi Hil!
Clay is still working at the bookstore. He sits behind the counter and does stuff. It's pretty cool.
Jonas is in Ireland, playing bass and drinking Guiness, and Jesse is enjoying his new cellphone, even though we couldn't find "Berea, Berea Beloved" for the ringtone.
Oh, one really interesting thing that happened last weekend: Hannah picked up the phone when Rachel's dad called, and he said "Hi, Pookie!" Hannah was greatly confused.
Other than that, not much is going on. We are exhausted, and we still have two more days of this week! We're both going to Hannah's house this weekend, to a concert on Friday night and a wedding on Saturday, and lots of sun and pool time the rest of the weekend. Hopefully we will come back feeling revived and rested and such. Until then...chicken!

Happy Happy Birthday Martinaaaa

Happy Birthday sexy Martina the Force...see you soon...

long time no.... type by rachel

Rabbit Rabbit!! That is the first thing you are supposed to say on the first day of the month, for good luck. (yeah, i know it is the 2nd, but cut me some slack, sheesh!) I am back at school now. Today was day 3 of daycamp training. I am really excited about all the people I am working with this summer (including Booger, who is kinda my boss). We should have a blast. Yesterday we went to EKU to a ropes course. Lots of team building games with hula hoops and poisonous peanut butter. Fun stuff. Then a big storm came... lots of wind and rain.

I have been hanging with the boys a lot lately. They have been sooo good to me, calling me to keep me occupied, calling to make sure I have dinner, watching the Miss Universe pageant, etc. (The Miss Universe thing was SO not my idea.) I am really lucky to have such awesome friends. Thanks guys.

Now I am just chilling and waiting on my Han and Alicia Tissue to get back so the real fun can start (as in... adding on to the awesome fun i am already having, of course). WOOT!
